Message from Archangel Michael for Mid January 2022

You may have heard that you bring into your life what you focus on. That's correct. But you also draw into your life what you repress. Unfortunately, humans are very good at suppressing things and then you are surprised when what you suppressed suddenly appears in your life.
You are also collective suppressors and close your eyes until you are up to your neck in water. People often don't learn until it's almost too late. Humans need time to process events. Time that often isnt taken for this purpose. It's better to pick up your cell phone, turn on the television or talk to someone you know about trivial things.
The processing of feelings, fears, longings, etc. is repressed, postponed or not even considered.
But you have to know: what is not processed remains in the subconscious and will eventually pave a way.
Then it comes to you from the outside, a person loosens the knot of repression through an unpleasant situation and then you are forced to look at and process certain repressed feelings. It then feels very bad and you describe it as a very sad time.
It doesn't have to go so far that the repressed comes to you through strokes of fate. You can also process it more easily and, above all, voluntarily.
Now you're probably wondering how that works. I would like to tell you now.

It is so easy:

• Spend time alone in prayer, in meditation
• daily get creative
• Let feelings flow over music (preferably classical or angelic music)
• Ask us angels for support and clearing of your energy
• Drink lots of clear water and eat healthily (vegetarian/vegan)
• Forgive others and yourself
