What keeps you from being happy? Often you prevent it by yourself because you are too strict with yourself or too focused on one particular thing that causes you trouble.

We angels tell you: If there is a problem and you do not know how to solve it, then let it go. Because then it can be solved by the flow of life. That does not mean that you do not care. It means that you trust the course of life.

Today, you are being asked to focus on your higher goals rather than focusing on problems. Because where your thoughts and feelings go, your energy goes there too. And where your energy goes, it grows. And you do not want to feed the problems? You want to promote the good.

We angels want to help you to relax.
