I am Archangel Michael, I greet you!

The Angels would like to remind you these days, that it is time to listen to your inner voice and follow the call of your Soul. Trust yourself and find clarity in stillness. This is the time when joy will rise up within you so do your best to live harmoniously. When something has burdened you, it is always okay to reach out for help.
You also get the power to listen to your own soul melody and decide about your life's purpose again.

If something has burdened you, you will be able to free yourself from it in the next few days. Everything shines in a new light. Now the joy of life that you may have missed returns to you.

As you may already know, there is an increased flow of Light upon the Earth during these times. This causes the earth to rise and transition into a different vibration.
Unfortunately, there are beings who find this anything but pleasant. The high vibrations do not match their energy and so they strive to keep the earth in a low vibration. All measures that you will learn from us in the future are all aimed at this goal: to throttle the vibration of the earth.

It is now up to you how gentle or how bumpy the transition into a new energetic dimension will be.

The more positive you are, the less you let yourself be pushed, the quicker and smoother the transition will be.

We, the angels, ask you to think, speak and act positively and stay away from negative headlines as much as you can. For this is the means to throttle your energies. You can feel it in yourself. If you pay a lot of attention to the headlines, your life force will weaken. This is because your body system is reacting to the negative words and images.
Take care of yourselves and be mindful of others. Be caring to people, animals, plants, and yourself.

Eat healthily. Eat a vegetarian/vegan diet. This is our strong recommendation. If you have difficulties with this, work with the light of the angels by praying and meditating a lot. In this way, your energy is raised and your body is translucent. Only a very gross energy body is susceptible to cravings for flesh. You should be aware, that the meat you eat depresses your energy. It corresponds to a very low vibration that leads to all sorts of disturbances in the mind, soul, and body.

We would like to remind you:

• What you radiate aka "send out", you attract.
• Love is always the solution.
